Twoism

Album Reviews
The once extremely rare 'Twoism' LP from 1995 finally gets a CD release and with prices for the original nearing the £1,000 mark, not before time either. Fans will be pleased to know that the 8 tracks are just as other-wordly and mysterious as their subsequent albums. From the grand menace and breakbeat of 'Oirectine' to 'Seeya Later's trance-inducing beats via the blissfully morose chill-out of the title track, everything that the elusive Scottish duo needed to progress is here. The one constant is the strange, unsettling melodies that lurk beneath which bear the hallmark of the primitive notions of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.
