Clearly not one for self-aggrandising, Phillip Bückle's first words on his first Teamforest EP are "Just the usual crappy intro". Despite this faltering start, the song is a melancholic, electronic tour-de-force and - much like the rest of 'Let's Get Away From Here' - embraces hip-hop beats; even the refrain of 'Chick, Chick, Check it out" possess a funny kind of warmth that is immediately endearing. Also included is a fine cover of Slowdive's 'Alison' re-imagined in an acoustic guitar/crunchy beats scenario. Nothing quite matches the quality of those first two tracks but Bückle's skills with both the mic and melody offers favourable comparisons with Styrofoam and others on the Morr Music label.
